1, Maintenance

A. Always keep the center column, the slider guide column clean, and keep the mold bottom plate free of dirt when the mold is placed to ensure the platform is clean and avoid scratches.
B. When the new machine is used for 1 month, the flywheel is filled with butter (including the feeder). If it is not refueled for a long time, it will cause internal wear of the flywheel, which will affect the performance of the machine tool. It will also need to be added after each maintenance (high temperature resistance 150O) Above butter)
C. Replacement of the circulating oil of the machine: The new machine will be replaced once in one month, and then replaced once every six months to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine (32# mechanical oil or Mobil 1405#)

2, Operational safety

A. It is impossible for two people to operate one machine at the same time. Otherwise, the machine will start suddenly and cause damage to the operator.
B. During the manual feeding process, especially when the hand is inserted into the mold to assist feeding, the emergency stop button must be pressed to avoid serious consequences.
C. When the frame is mounted, wait until the flywheel has completely stopped before proceeding.

3, Pay attention to the frame model

A. Do not exceed the mold height range (upper and lower limits) of the press, otherwise the press will be damaged.
B, the mold can not die, there must be a gap of 0.02 ~ 0.04mm.
C. 1 mechanical lock model machine when the frame is clamped, after the punch slider is fixed, the slider will sink 0.07~0.15mm
2 hydraulic lock model machine, after the punch is locked, it will float up 0.03~0.05mm
D. After the mold is set up, shake the flywheel one turn to see if it can pass the mold (the over-die can’t be too tight)
E. If manual operation is used, the manual valve (on the clutch solenoid valve) must be released at the end. Otherwise, the machine mainframe will start to press, which will cause damage to the operator and the mold.

4, Regular inspection (recommended daily inspection)

A. Is the oil in the fuel tank sufficient and the oil clean?
B. Whether the three-point combination automatic injector has oil. (in the upper and lower limits)
C. Is the amount of boosted pump oil sufficient? (more than half of the fuel tank)
D. Whether there is oil leakage or air leakage.
E. Does the gas storage tank have drainage?
F. There is no abnormal sound in the machine.
G. Keep the inside of the electric control box clean and ventilated smoothly.

5, The connection between the punch and the periphery

A, the fuselage and the electrical control box socket can not be connected to the excessive load, within 300W, otherwise it will damage the internal components of the machine.
B. The connecting line marked with scissors function on the side wall box of the fuselage has 220V voltage when the scissors switch is turned on. Special attention should be paid when using the scissors function.
C. The power cord of the feeder and the receiver should not be controlled by the air switch of the punch and other internal switches. Otherwise, there is danger of overload to cause serious consequences.
